Yet another three champions were crowned yesterday as the MiniFTOPS continued on Full Tilt Poker. Event #14, a $22 No-Limit Hold'em, 1 rebuy and 1 add-on tournament was the first one to kick off at 1pm EST and just over 10.5 hours later, 'YeladiscO' and 'littleone_biz' finished their heads-up battle after making a deal. The outcome saw Israeli national, 'YeladiscO' finally clinch victory and a first prize of $51,705.93 after triumphing over the other 6,589 players.
Event #15 was a $31+2 Super Turbo, Multi-Entry Tournament which attracted 12,623 entrants. The final table saw a 5-way chop which was probably very wise given the crazy structure of the event. The chop guaranteed everybody at least $35,000. 'T1lerDurden' of Belarus will be the one sporting the famous MiniFTOPS avatar but we are pretty sure that the other four 'choppers' won't be complaining! Below is how the deal worked out for the final 5:
T1lerDurden (Belarus) $35,962.34
Gamao Kai Derno (Canada) $39,186.10
miniskive (Denmark) $41,139.77
keatthesneak (USA) $40,421.44
GoroDaimon (Unknown) $37,847.27
The final event of the day was Event #16, a $33 Razz event. The chop theme continued as eventual winner, 'dan_dada' and runner-up, 'ashhardwares' chopped heads-up and that meant they won $8,631.87 and $7,486.53 respectively
There are a further eight MiniFTOPS events to get your teeth stuck into this weekend. Add those to the Sunday Majors and it's going to be a very busy weekend for the tournament professionals and shot-taking amateurs out there.

Three MiniFTOPS Champions Crowned
Last night saw three more MiniFTOPS jerseys up for grabs, some won more quickly than others. MiniFTOPS Event #12 was the first event of the night to be decided. The $22 No-Limit Hold'em Rush Super Turbo lasted only two and a half hours and the winner, Joe 'jamminclam' Opie netted his biggest ever payday, a win of $24,885.17. His hourly rate for last nights efforts came to a staggering $9,942.06/hr. Pretty good going if you ask me!
MiniFTOPS Event #11 was a $33 7-Game event and eventual champion, 'FTP_PRINCE420' went into the final table as the shortest stack but went from worst to first to end his night with a shiny, new jersey for an avatar and after making a deal heads-up a payday of $7,523.20. Eventual runner-up, 'RIDDLEOUT' was keen to play on and rejected a deal early on which would have netted him around $6.5k. His bravery was rewarded as he eventually ended up with a prize of $8,000 but unfortunately for him, not the title.
The final MiniFTOPS title of the day, Event #13, $22 7-Stud H/L was won by Ozenc 'the aviator1' Demir, a hugely talented mixed game player. Demir is no stranger to big online final tables having been runner-up in the $10,000 WCOOP H.O.R.S.E tournament in 2009, earning himself over $175k in the process. He is also a former FTOPS H.O.R.S.E champion having won the $500 event back in 2008, earning just over $70k for that victory. He also has two other FTOPS final tables to his name and a couple of Sunday Second Chance victories. It was clearly just another day at the office for Ozenc and his work earned him another title to go along with the first prize of $7,492.26.
Today's MiniFTOPS schedule looks like this:
Event #15: 1pm EST - $20+2 No-Limit Hold'em 1 Rebuy + 1 Add-On ($250k Guaranteed)
Event #16: 5pm EST - $31+2 No-Limit Hold'em Super Turbo, Multi Entry Tournament ($150k Guaranteed)
Event #17: 9pm EST - $30+3 Razz ($30k Guaranteed)
If you can't be good, be lucky!

After over 12 hours of gruelling button clicking, Russian 'Ylaan' emerged as the champion of MiniFTOPS Event #10, a $10+1 no-limit hold'em, 6-max, rebuy, multi-entry tournament on Full Tilt Poker. Just over 17,000 entrants started the event but former FTOPS champion, Travis 'TravestyFund' Rice and Full Tilt sponsored professional, David Pham skillfully weaved their way through the field to make up a third of the final table. 'FavreNYJ4' and 'Ylaan' battled it out heads-up after making a deal which left the payouts as follows:

'Bdbeatslayer' Bests Record Setting Sunday Million Field
This past Sunday saw 59,128 players pony up $215 and take to the virtual felt in hopes of grabbing a piece of the PokerStars Sunday Million 5th Anniversary $5million guaranteed prize pool. In reality, the prize pool more than doubled the guarantee and eventually $11,825,600 was up for grabs with the top two finishers becoming instant millionaires. However, it didn't quite play out like that!
As soon as the final table was set, talks of a 9-way chop set the chat box alight. 'Battmeister', who was the shortstack entering the final table was understandably very eager to lock in a chip chop deal since 9th place originally paid just over $40k whereas the chip chop would secure him over $260k. It doesn't say much for the structure of the event that the best player at the table and eventual winner, 'Bdbeatslayer' was willing to give up $5k of his original allotted share to the chipleader to help speed up deal proceedings although we're confident he won't be complaining. They eventually settled on the following payouts, leaving a Lamborghini Gallardo on the table for the winner:
wrzr123 (Germany) $844,209.87
Syndrome1977 (Germany) $799,842.09
Bdbeatslayer (USA) $671,093,81
zeurr (Netherlands) $518,402.33
sheppyshape (UK) $465,647.02
nhar818 (USA) $441,541.06
guccyka (Hungary) $411,090.13
Jan10004 (Norway) $311,023.33
Battmeister (USA) $263,888.06
Around 90 minutes after the deal was struck 'Bdbeatslayer' defeated 'sheppyshape' heads-up to become the 5th Anniversary Sunday Million champion and walk away with his brand new Lamborghini Gallardo and just over $670k in cash. Not a bad days work, eh?
Today it was revealed that one of the Super Sunday 9 is in jeopardy of losing his prize. A Dutch newspaper was keen to interview their native 'zeurr' but only managed to speak to his father who claimed he was the one playing on the account. It turns out that 'zeurr' is allegedly just 17 years of age and was posting on Twitter under his own name on the night of tournament, only to change his information later on. He is therefore in breach of PokerStars' terms of service that requires all players to be at least 18 years old. If confiscated, the prize will be redistributed to the players who cashed in the tournament.
